For this week I'm going to zigzag my calories. How do I change the number of calories from 1200 to 1546?

I'd just add in a custom exercise that is worth 346 calories -- call it ZigZag or something. Remember - don't eat back any other exercise calories since the calculator already takes into account your exercise so don't enter in any other exercise or put it in with a 1 calorie burn (don't think you can put in 0 )0

I think you can put 0 because strength training enters as a 00 -
