Ok im a bit confused i'm losing weight my clothes tell you that but i seem to be getting a bigger bust.
I brought some new bras online the size i was when mesured and from the same shop but i seem to be falling out over the top of them i thought i couldnt get any bigger im a 40gg.
I cant keep going through this i was only mesured in dec '10. i have not got the money to keep buying brand new bras every 5-6months.

Are they made different? Because every bra doesn't fit the same every time I buy bras I go to the boutique and they measure you first. Depending on the style of bra or the company I have left there with E's F's and G's!0

WOW!
I'm not an exercising expert, but maybe you can try to do most of your workouts w/free weights, and bulk up your legs. If your upper back area is bulky, you may want to try a 30 minute detox message to get the fluids flowing. Afterwards drink plenty of water. There's a lymph node near your armpit area that causes excess weight in that area because:
1. The area builds up w/fluids because of lack of fluids in comparison to sodium intake. :drinker:
2. We tend to wear Anti-Perspirant deodorant which includes aluminum and stops the body from sweating in that area. :noway:
Or, you can simply go in a Sauna and sweat it out. :-)
I'm also top heavy 40/42 DDD, and I've always been top heavy. For my body type it is best to use free weights, and try to build more leg muscle, and work on my mid-section. This would make my body look more proportionate. I also stopped using anti-perspirant deodorant, balanced my sodium and fluid intake, and try to get a detox massage at least once a month. This is helping w/my upper body weight....0
