    M-F 5-8 mile power walk (had to slow down on working (running, my favorite) out because of knee pain....doctors orders)

    Question of the week: What's your favorite healthy and quick lunch? I wish I had one! My lunches are a bit of a disaster right now. Usually I just throw a bunch of things into a bag and make a monster salad at work. This is a pain in the a** and I need to stop! Help!
    What's your workout schedule look like this week? Every day: cycling, hot yoga, push ups; alternating days push up challenge and sit up challenge.

    Had a great work out tonight! Weigh in tomorrow morning- I'm kind of nervous- I've been eating sweets a lot this week. Damn husband for bringing it in the house- I logged it all and tried to work most it off. Let's see!

    Keep up the good work- I might be in a swim suit this weekend- yikes!

    Favorite lunch is a turkey sandwich with a piece of fresh fruit and string cheese (kind of boring, I know, but it's quick and easy and I don't have much time)

    My workouts will be 30DS and getting ready for my 5k June 4th.

    What's your workout schedule look like this week? I've been such a slacker since I came back from vacation. I have been walking during lunch, not much I know......but it's something I guess. Baby has been sick with ear infections too =( Going to step it up next week with some zumba and JM 30 day shred.

    This is going to be a crazy weekend! I'm going camping with my mom and she cooks the best (not so healthy) food. I'm going to have to let her know I'm trying to be aware of my calorie intake before she goes shopping!

    Oh- I also decided I'm starting JM's 30 day Slim Down. I started yesterday with Day 1- 30 DS level 1. :)

    NSV!! I measured myslef last night and I have lost 1.5 inches off of my tummy area! Whoo Hooo! I was feeling skinnier but the scale hasn't shown much of a loss so I thought "What the heck". So glad I did. Have a great rest of your week everyone!

    All this talk of tuna and hard boiled eggs! That made my lunch decision pretty easy. Gotta love craving healthy stuf ::)

    Carriebear- I'll keep you all posted. On the days when it's just the 30 Day Shred I think I'll run too. No More Trouble Zones kills me still- hopefully it'll be easier at the end of the 30 days!!

    I went running more this week. Also did some P90x and took a gym class. Hopefully I don't eat anything too bad this weekend. I want to loose something by next Friday. Fingers crossed.
