Two Weeks/ No weight change

I've been on my "diet" for 2 weeks and the sad thing is I haven't lost any weight at all, but I have lost an inch in my waist and an inch in my thighs. Should I rework my plan or do you think that soon the weight will start falling off? I honestly haven't been "cheating" and I've worked out about 4 times a week.

I guess I just need a pick me up or a story about someone going through the same thing or someone that went through it and overcame it!
