a nice new spring favorite of mine now that it's too hot to have the oven on! This pizza only takes about 10 minutes to make.throw it with a salad and dinner's done!

I get a loaf of french bread (can get day old at walmart for .90cents)
cut it into half longways then each half cut into 4 pieces so you get close to a square piece of bread.
spray it with pam (can use oil but will add calories)
place inside down on hot grill for a few minutes, until it's warm. flip over and add 1/4 c. pizza sauce, grilled veggies and 1/4 c.shredded (fat free) cheese.
grill a few minutes until crust is done and cheese is melted (unless using FF cheese- doesn't really melt)

depending on brand of sauce and amounts/types of veggies this is only around 250 calories (with ff cheese)

I used onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, jalepenos, and banana peppers- it was great and only 260 calories
next time I will probably try reg fat cheese because the FF doesn't melt but it's still good!
grilled ham and pineapple is my next one :)

Here is one made with pizza dough, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okNXxPepK_A

My sis made it for dessert (split 16 ways), but she uses the same technique with different ingredients for dinner as well.

I took some pix, because my godson has become quite the chef and had mentioned that he wanted to make pizza on the grill.

yum! I watched the video, it's amazing that the crust doesn't stick! I think I found my new hobby for the summer- all the different choices to play with!!

Yummy! I do the same thing but use joseph's pita bread from walmart (about 60 cal). I have a flat cast iron griddle that I heat on the grill and the pizza is done in minutes.

Also turkey pepperoni is wonderful and low cal
