I take about a 1/4 cup hot water and put a tablespoon or two of local honey----stir---then add 1/4 cup of ACV and then add Cayenne pepper to it....for me personally I put a teaspoon but a half or quarter would work if you're not into the heat. It gives it a nice edge and makes it quite pleasant to consume regularly.
Additionally since cayenne pepper is a natural anti inflammatory it works well to heat it to steaming and breath it in to help with sinus congestion. Take a big whiff then sip a half cup down to make you feel better.0
