I have read MANY articles on MFP about zig zagging and one person said to put your weight loss goals to one pound loss per week and blah blah blah.... I still have NO clue how to do it right...I'm scared to over eat and gain pounds back....

I have no advice, just wanted to say you are not alone! Just when I THINK I get it, I start to think I still don't!0

I've been zig zagging for a while now, I do it different to most I think. I take my recommended cals from MFP & my dietician and make two days of the week 200 or 300 lower then for another two days I make it 200 or 300 higher.
So my plan looks something like this
1305
1045
1565
1305
1435
1175
1305
Edited to say: I eat mostly all my exercise cals back as well.0 -
I have not tried the zig zag diet, but I have looked into it before. You can go to this website and it will calculate your calories for you, you just put in your weight, I'm not sure how accurate it is though.0

That helps A TON! Thank you!0 -
Those calculators want me to eat like 50% more calories, average, than I already do.

Scary.
Exactly, which is why I don't follow them.0
