I have been looking at HRM watches all day online-trying to find the best one. I am a beginner just starting this journey.I would like to have the watch with no strap so I can walk on my breaks and lunches and start tracking.
I need a HRM to help check my HR but if it is a watch-with no strap-How does it calculate your steps and distance and calories burned also?
Can anyone reccomend one. I am just a "walker" not a runner as of yet and i am just learning that having the right tools (like myfitnesspal) can be very beneficial to being succesful! can anyone help with my question above? Thanks!!!
