Hi, I'm Kelsey. I joined mfp because a friend of mine found it, loves it, and wanted someone else to hold her accountable. I've lost about 30 pounds on my own, just being conscious of what I eat and working out. I lost track for awhile after a solid 4 or 5 months of doing well. During finals week I stopped working out and started eating what I want. I'm here to get back on track and be held accountable for what I put in my body. I feel that logging all food and exercise will be a good way to help myself. It's easier when you can look down and see the concrete numbers. I want to go back to college well on my way to a brand new me. If you need a motivation buddy feel free to send me a request. Good luck to everyone :).
