Hi,
Nice to meet you. I think this site is great! I've been tracking my calories for 3 days now and never new how many calories I ate before. Did you know that Nestle Toll House cookies that you buy and bake yourself have 170 calories per cookie!?! When I eat cookies from the oven I will usually eat 3-5 at a time. Okay...5. What a calorie disaster! Now I know Nestle Toll House cookies are crossed out.

    Hello! Yeah, it's surprising how such a small item can be loaded with calories. I eliminated all junk food from my diet, which isn't so bad. Saves me money. =)
