There is a reason why I am doing this, this time and actually sticking to it. This time I am doing a scrapbook. I know that some will think k waste of money but I see it as a walk through of the journey to the new me. I am calling my scrapbook. No Going Back: Journey to the New Me. What I do is every month I take three pics: face, side view, and stomach view. I place them in the book. I also blog and put that in my book. I put my motavations, reasons, etc... I am also putting my favorite exercises and I am placing my weight on a graph. This is what keeps me strong because I can look back and it reminds me no going back. I also wrote a blog about it. Here it is:
A Note to Myself (Never Go Back)
Cindy you do want to be at where you are right now. You are 218lbs in a size 2x shirt and a 22w pant. You are depressed alot
and you don't feel good about yourself. You are always talking bad about yourself and saying you aren't good enough for
your husband or your children. You want to run with your children and go for long walks with your children. You want to be
able to fit into skinny jeans and to fit into a binki and you want to be healthy and fight this so called Fibromyaliga.
-Don't Lose Hope
Please don't lose hope Cindy. Look how far you have come. You can't go back to that unhappy Cindy. Look forward to the
future. We all have our bad days you just have to get back up and continue on your journey. Remember why you are doing this.
Thanks

Cool idea, what ever helps and keeps you motivated is a plus. I am a scrapbooker myself so I totally get this concept. Might actually try it myself. Thank you for sharing.0

Good for you! It's your journey so you should very well document it - the bitter and the sweet. One day you can look back on it and truly appreciate how far you've come :flowerforyou:0
