Hi im new to the forum!! im really having fun w/ the food and exercise logs!!
Im just trying to lose about 5-8 #....its mostly in belly fat....since ive had a child 6 yrs ago...my body has changed and
im not even the same shape anymore!! Going to the beach next week and have been trying to lose before i have to wear
and suit!! haha...havent lost a single pound!! I call myself doing well..but very discouraged...have NO metabolism...trying this
to help me. Hope it works in the long run even if not before Florida!!
