exercise in a wheel chair

I do leg weights. leg floor bike and strech bands. Can anyone think of anything else? thank you.

    I'm not sure what kind of mobility you have. If you're able to push yourself in the chair, that's exercise. If you can 'throw punches,' that will elevate your heart rate for a workout. You say you do leg weights, what about a stationary bike?

    If you have good mobility in your arms you could get some weights and do chest flys, curls, or a whole slew of upper body exercises.
