Hi,
My name is Steph. I just moved to Vancouver about 3 months ago and have been struggling with my food and weight ever since. I started eating right and getting healthy at the start of last year and since then I have lost around 13kg. Before I left home I was 1.9kg away from my goal weight, but since moving here I have put back on around 4kg. I am missing my support network desparately from home so was wondering if anyone had any workout ideas or food ideas to keep me motivated??? I am just really struggling.

You can spend hours (days even) finding tons of good info on the forums. I totally recommend connecting with some 'friends' as having a little cheering section is really nice. There's always someone to pat you on the back or listen to you gripe or offer a kind word when you need it. The people on here are so nice and helpful and supportive!
