OK today we are gonna do jumping jacks. I think everyone knows how to do them don't we? :wink:

Just do as many as you can throughout the day and I'm pretty sure you can log them as cardio especially if you get on a roll.

Again if there is any questions just ask and report back here when you are done!

    When I do jumping jacks in my workout DVDs I usually burn about 4-5 calories per 30 seconds, doing them fairly vigorously. They're great for getting you going before a workout :o)

    OK I did 350 of them. I don't remember those things being so hard to do!
