Eating exercise calories

I've gone for a year NOT eating my exercise calories and I've successfully lost 48lb, but as I now only have 4lbs left to go, I'm finding it hard to shed those last couple! So, today I decided to eat back my extra exercise calories to see if this works - but I feel I have really overeaten even though I still have 95 calories left! Should I still do this or shall I just carry on how I was eating before?

Hope everyone is having a good day :o)

    Hi!
YOU look GREAt btw! Congrats on your weightloss.
I eat back my calories...well most of them most of the time. BUT...I have been doing this from the beginning. That last 5 lbs. is the hardest. It can't hurt to try. Keep weighing yourself and see if it is working . Some people try zig zagging the cals when they hit a plateau also. Just put zig zag in the search and there are some good topics on it. I also just found an article on drinking your water and how at the end of weightloss alot of people find that this helps in losing the last few pounds. GOOD LUCK! here is the srticle on water:

Thank you - still trying to get used to the fact that I'm 3 dress sizes smaller!!!
I think the water may be a factor for me - I try to drink as much as I can, but I know that it's not nearly enough. Will have to try harder. Going to go and have a look at some 'zig zagging' now! Thanks for the advice!
