Zero appetite today, running a fever. Is it ok to not make yourself eat when you already don't feel good as long as I am keeping myself hydrated?

I think that's why chicken noodle soup is so popular-- you get the energy without the big tired feeling of eating or appetite. I would say you need to keep your body fueled in order to be able to fight off illness! Maybe start with broth then add the noodles and chicken when you feel better?0
