i got a new HRM and it is asking me to enter my vo2max. i have googled it but still dont get it. i could only find that for my age (30) i should be 30 - 38.
any help please.

There's really no way to truly know your VO2 max without testing in an athletic performance lab.
You can use estimates, like these: http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/fitnessevalandassessment/a/VO2_Norms.htm
But without a performance test, you really can't be certain.0 -
