5 meals a day ...wanting to switch to 6 meals

I eat 5 meals day with probably 2200 calories every day. my last meal is around 6 o'clock and i was wanting to add another meal after that because i usually have 100 or so calories left on my diet...is it a good idea to eat after 8 or so or should I just leave it to 5 meals a day... feel free to look @ my food diary and let me know you input thanks for the heklp

    *Note that this is just personal opinion* For me I like eating at night (8 ish) as I normally also eat 6 meals a day. I would just say try to stay away from a ton of carbs before bed... aim more for protein. ;) But as I said someone will probobly disagree with me on this. So .. just my opinion.

    If you are hungry, eat! I keep 100-150 cals a day for an evening snack. Since I don't go to bed until 2-3 in the morning my snack usually happens around midnight.
