In need of a new workout......

I will be finishing Insanity next week. I am looking for other workouts to do when I am done. I have thought about doing TurboFire, ChaLEAN Extreme or JM 30 Day Shred. I like the high intensity of Insanity. I attend a kickboxing class on M-W-Sat. I also attend on some Sunday afternoons as a bonus workout.

I am almost to my halfway mark in pounds lost, so I don't want to loose any momentum. Suggestions?

    I just added spinning classes to my workout routine. Awesome workout!!!!

    I like the 30DS...well, I can't stand listening to her, but it's a decent workout. Could also try Tae Bo, P90X, Zumba classes...

    i did my first turbo fire excercise last night (well started it, then watched the rest lol) the moves are kind of hard to learn but it looked SO fun! and the 10 minutes i did do i really enjoyed!

    it's too extreme for me right now, but i know some who've gotten great results from doing it. they are in mesocycles so you don't have to purchase the whole thing.

    anyway, it's on my backburner as something i will buy later on once i'm in better shape.
