This is my pattern on the teardmill.
-Add a minute to the total time running
-Next week, add .5 to the incline
-Next week, add .3 to the speed.
When it comes to lifting weights, I add 2.5lbs each week. I haven't updated my wieght, but I started 227 in Feb. Joined MFP in April, and I wieghed in at 195.8 this AM. Im not starving myself either.0
