I didn't think I could. I just didn't think I had the will power to stick with it but here I am 2 weeks in and I have lost 11 pounds. Now to start doing some more targeted exercise to get the pot belly gone and some weight training so my arms don't turn into twigs. Thanks MFP.

    First couple weeks are the hardest.... but have also the most weight loss.... good work getting through them! Just keep sticking with it and make sure you have your goal set to a level where you are comfortable so that it is easy to keep motivated and your cravings are minimal.... the next few months will be amazing!

    Exercise makes this all so much easier... I can eat a lot more junk if I just take the time to exercise.... and it makes me feel amazing.... I think I'm in the best shape I've been since high school, right now, and it is just great!
