Looking for healthy snacks that are easy to grab and go and are low in fat and cals and high in fiber! Thanks!! :)

    Mixed nuts! Trader Joe's has some good stuff or you can create your own :)

    Raw broccoli flowerettes with hummus or low-fat ranch...or just plain. =)

    Walnuts

    Carrots & peanut butter
    Carrots & hummus
    Multigrain flatbread crackers & hummus

    Nuts...Almonds taste really good and have lots of fiber and other stuff that make net carb total very low. Or grab an Atkins bar.
