Dinners with less than 400 calories?

Im looking for a balanced, healthy meal (or a few) that contain less than 400 calories and obviously as low as possible in fat please?

    Last night grilled some round steak and made up a big salad (romaine lettuce, spinach, roma tomatos, carrots, onions, alfalfa sprouts, and some light italian dressing). Chopped up the steak and threw it in with the salad. When I added it all up it came to only 375 calories. Better than that was very very filling.

    hmmmm, well i am normally left with 400 cals by the time its dinner time sooooo:

    Small jacket potatoe with tuna mix and salad
    Fillet of salmon and salad
    Breaded turkey steak and salad
    Roast chicken and salad!!

    Ok so basically one nice chunk of something meaty and salad - works for me!!

    oooo also i like making a niscois salad - not sure if thats how you spell it!
    lettuce, boiled egg, dry tuna, other bits and bobs like peppers toms and cucumber and low fat mayo!

    I love to make up a big arugula salad or sauté some veggies and then put a poached egg or two over it. So yummy and easy and low in cals :)
