I am new to myfitnesspal, I just started calorie counting and exercising again on Monday. I am looking for inspirational buddies, to help me in my journey to lose 50 pounds. Yesterday I started P90X, I am following the clean eating plan for the program too, and also am doing the couch to 5K program. I was training for a 5K a few months ago and tore my gastronemius muscle so I was out of running for 8 weeks. Now I am back and training again. I am on week three of that program but knew I needed a strict eating plan and to work with weights if I was going to get anywhere with my diet so that is why I started P90X as well. It is going to be a lot of work, but I am determined to get there.
