    I have a theory... "if it tastes good, they will eat it".
    They don't have to know it is healthy!

    My son is onboard, my husband is getting there.
    Bottom line, I keep it tasty and try not to tell them what I put into it.

    I'm sorry you feel like you don't have a lot of support at home. But you've come to the right place.
