What are some good exercise to tone down the inner/outter thighs and hip area?

    squats, and lunges! two of which I hate! Cardio will help too!

    If you google it, you will get alot of great exercises. That is what I did to get some ideas.

    Walking lunges are the BEST!! Stiff-legged dead lifts, squats, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) 2-3 times per week in place of your normal cardio :)

    Jogging on a trampoline/rebounder seems to help.

    Roller blading and ice skating.

    you can't really spot reduce, but SQUATS, running , at the gym theres the elliptical those are fantastic for the butt/thigh area.
    and just the more you really work your legs the more you'll lose from them

    all of the above and yoga, the warior pose is awesome for toning inner and outer thighs.
