I caved and got a sugar-free French Vanilla Cappaccino from the gas station this morning! (I am soooo sure they load that sucker with sugar and powdered milk....the only thing sugar free is the tiny bit of flavor in it!)

100 Lashes for me! Rrrrrr.... :noway: I don't even know what it would fall under.....

Did you look in the database for cappuccino? I have found it before, or at least something close enough to account for the calories.

I put it in under a Starbucks short (2 servings worth) and it's wasn't horrible. I am just not sure how similar a gas station brand vs Starbucks is.

There is also Wawa and 7-11 in the database.

Stopping for coffee was a big one for me, now I only stop for hot tea with splenda OR Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Vanilla late from Starbucks ('cuz you can count on the ingredients).

So maybe this will help  ~ If you stop once a day for a Starbucks coffee (average $4+ these days) thats $1100/year. If you and your sweetie do it = $2200/year). Most people don't just get coffee here either - they usually add a Chonga Bagel with cream cheese or something else sinful. That makes your total $1600/year and if he's doing it = OUCH!)

Make yours at home - if you need a frappuccino recipe, I have a healthy one I like. Let me know

    Blessings of success ~

The weird thing, I don't even like coffee!
Just for some reason today I wanted something warm and I didn't see tea.

Totally get the warm thing - I'm in Spokane area and it's flippin cold in the AM - gotta warm up from the inside out lately!
  • Come on if I got a whuppin for every time I've messed up, I'd be in a wheel chair

The workouts will definitely help counterbalance you diet. My off days (Sundays) are the days I need to be reeeaaallllyyyy careful, or I can do x stretch and woo hoo!

I do the stretch on Sunday or I have a pilates workout that kills, but in a good way.
I am struggling with the diet, I can't figure out the calories. I am not working up to the 600 calories yet that the workouts say they hit. So I am like, "Do I start at 1200 and add the extra calories as workout?" "Do I up my base calories and then add workout cals?" "Why the crap do I love carbs!"

Ya know...all those things P90X cause.

Unfortunately we're conditioned to function on too much carbs, it leads to our unfortunate problems with the ole overweight bug. You need to adjust your calories to suite your workout, if your workout is calculating a burn of 3-400 calories, you have to find that extra in your diet or you'll crash in your workout (trust me on this one it happened to me and it was NO fun!!!) Even when finding those calories distribute them into simple & complex carb mixture before your workout to fuel your muscles and protein after (maybe in the form of a recovery drink) to replenish amino acids for muscle repair and recovery.

You can do it girl, you'll be posting after photos soon with significant changes on your way to a sexy six pack. BRING IT and KEEP PRESSING PLAY. The 3 week mark is your goal to stick with it, it's habit after that.
