I had no idea this fish has the texture of something like chicken. I had it for the first time on Sunday. So good! I don't like the mushy texture of some fish or the fishy taste of some fish so this one matched me perfectly.

I figure I'll try it blackened next. Any other easy recipes anyone can share?

    It goes great on the BBQ too!! I also dip mine in a seasoned egg and saffron wash and cook in pam on the stove top delish!!!!

    My FAVE! I do lots of ways - fish tacos using fire roasted mango salsa (from Trader Joes). I often use a tablespoon of low cal dressing, sprinkle with panko and roast in 400 oven for 15 mins. Recently I used this method with the Litehouse Orange Citrus dressing - YUMMO!

    Wow! I'm a big sea food person and have been blehhhh about my Alaskan Halibut lately as its mushy texture is getting on me so this could be a refreshing choice. Hopefully they have it at my grocery store. :)
