So got a craving for pancakes lately, and been planning on eating these saturday after the rest of my planned food is gone but just wondering, planning on making a cups worth of mix but does the serving size reffer to if the mix is packed down or if you were to just put drop in a cup of mix and not pack it down? because packed down it goes down to half a cup mix. Soooo I just want to see if anyone knows so I dont grossly over calculate, oh pancakes, how tricky are they!

We make these at least once a week for the kids and you measure like flour...do not pack just fill measuring cup and skim top with flat edge of butter knife. Hope that helps!0
