I agree! I do weight watchers and I have my daily pts plus weekly, so I choose not to use my exercise calories for the most part. But they are there if I need them. Say I am going to a bbq and I want to use them up, well thats exactly what i would do. As long as you keep losing weight then it's working so keep doing what u are doing.0

If you have a lot of weight to lose, you can probably get away with not eating back your exercise cals. But, if you're getting close to your goal weight, you're not eating back your exercise cals, and you've stopped losing weight -- then I have a pretty good idea of why you've stopped.0

The bottom line is...
If you're allowing MFP to set your daily calorie allowance (not custom).... then you should eat your exercise calories back.
If you don't have a HRM to provide an 'accurate' number of calories burnt, then I would suggest only eating 50-75% of them back.
This is how MFP works....
