pain?

Hey guys!! I have been having a pain in my right knee and left hip every morning when I wake up. It is very uncomfortable to sleep =/ I don't know if I should work through the pain or take some time off. I have only been working out for 2 weeks and it hasn't been very grueling. Thanks for your imput!!

    If its been going on for 2 weeks, I'd go see your doctor. In the meantime, ice ice ice.

    The pain has only been going on for a couple days... I swear I am getting old hehe

    Not too bad... I have been doing EA Active 2 on medium 4-5 days a week.

    Take it easy and see if it improves, but I think you should see a doctor if it continues, it could be the beginning to something serious. Better safe than sorry! I hope you feel better
