Good food vs. Bad food

Hello all!! I just started this site today and I have been having a hard time losing weight. I don't know what to cook that is healthy and when it comes to snacking i always crave sugary foods, cake, ice cream, cookies. I need some ideas and LOTS of help on how to keep my self motivated to lose weight. Anyone have any good Ideas on what to cook not only for dinner but lunch and breakfast that won't kill my diet? :happy:

    It's all about calories check your cereal some that look healthy have alot of calorie , and use flaxmilk or almond milk it's only 60 calorie. Some times I eat my cereal at dinner satisfies the sugar cravings. I also eat alot of tuna they make whole grain half calorie bread.
