new to this site

Just started on mfp today. Looks like a great tool to use. I have about 140lbs to lose and could really use any advice definately need motivation. Any input would be great. Thanks.

    I'm new too! I'm hoping that this will be easier for me to track on, since I seem to lose all my food diaries!

    My best advice from experience is exercise, getting your heart rate up, EVERY DAY. You'll see results quicker;) Good luck.
