Options
When it says 25 for protein does that mean 25 grams or 25oz . Help reading the certain things on the meal goals.

    It is grams, and 25 is probably a little low for most people seeking to lose weight. Higher protein and higher fiber are very helpful to keep a person feeling full.

    For real numbers for you, you really should consult a dietician or nutritionist. With the computer I am only about half my needed fiber and about a third too little protein. Talking to a dietician also helped me see how to change not necessarily what I was eating, but how I was eating it, and when and I have made significant progress.
    And MFP is in grams except for water which is in cups - go figure?
