I know I have been losing weight, I know I have lost weight. Almost 40lbs!
Today I put on last years capri's and holy crap I could fit my 7 year old in there with me. It was like the visual I needed to really believe that I had lost almost all the weight I wanted. I have before and after pics but putting on capri after capri and being able to pull them quite far from my body just made me realize how far I have come.

    congratulations! it's a great feeling (in a crazy way) when your clothes are so loose they start falling down, isn't it? I'm there right now too...need to go shopping!
