I am interested in zig zagging my calories to help lose this last 8lbs. As talked about by some MFP members, I went to freedieting.com to check it out. Are the calories they recommend net calories or is that already figured into the total calories when you pick your exercise level? Thanks.

if you included any exercise in your actitivy level it generally includes about 300 calories per day of work out. if you selected "little/no activity" it does NOT include exercise and you need to add exercise calories like on MFP. check out my blog if you are still confused.

The calorie total they give you is your total for the day, don't eat back exercise calories. If you went to freedieting.com and entered your info you entered how many days a week you are exercising, etc. So, don't eat back those calories. I'm also zigzagging to get off a plateau and this is my first week trying it.

also, make sure your net calories (food - exercise) do not drop below 1200
