Why yo-yo dieting is a waste of time

Hi all,
I thought I'd share some data on how I gained weight over the last few years. Not many people have a record of how they became their maximum size.

The graph shows the insignificance of using crash diets to lose weight - they didn't have a real impact on the upward trend of my weight at all.
