Perfect Day?

Do any MFP members every have a perfect day? I'm talking about eating not only the right amount of calories, but also protein, fat and carbs. I have realised I am struggling to eat enough fat on a daily basis but exceeding sugars (although these are natural sugars from fruit). Would love to see an example of someones perfect day to compare with mine and give me some inspiration to eat differently!
