hi everyone im new to this online although i have been using myfitnesspal on my android phone, im finding it extremely helpful keeping track of what im eating how much etc and being able to log it all including my excersise is fantastic ive already lost 11lbs in 3 mths through diet and fitness although most of that was down to fitness as my diet didnt really change alot until 2 weeks ago, i am married have 3 children my youngest is 7 mths old and it was after having her that i decided enough is enough the weight has to go be fore i got pregnant with lillie i was almost 14 stone and im now 12 stone at the moment i joined a gym called curves fitness for ladies at the end of january and i go 5/6 times a week for 30 mins a time its amazing how good im starting to feel for it, i also attend extra classes like zumba burn and firm and aerobics only wen i can, i really am determined to get down to 9 stone if i can i know i have a long way to go but using this app along with my curves is working for me so far, i look forward to reading some of your stories making friends trading tips and advice etc.x:happy:

Welcome and good luck on your journey. If you log on everyday and are honest. Eat as close to natural stay within your goals, watch the processed and fast foods, fat and sodium you will do fine.0
