30 Day Shred Question

Hi Everyone--
I am relatively new to MFP, and I love reading these message boards.
I just recently heard about the 30-day shred, and I'm really interested in trying it out, but when I went to Amazon to order it, I didn't know what DVD I should order. Are all the level exercise routines in one DVD or do you have to buy a set?
I lift weights and am doing C5K, but I need something else to keep me interested in my workouts.
Any tips?
Thanks for your help!!

I bought her 30 day shred at best buy, but my DVD has all three levels in one dvd. I've only done level one so far and have only needed weights. I use a pair of 5 pound dumb bells.0

Order Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred. It is just one DVD with 3 workouts in it of increasing difficulty.
You'll need some hand weights (3 lbs is plenty) and maybe a mat if you want to do ab work on a mat (but it is not necessary) and you will be ready to go!!
The workout is very high intensity - but only 20 minutes or so - I love it!0 -
Just the one DVD, all three levels are on it. I love it, great workout and quick too. Keeps me sweatin' and sore, in a good way!!0

30 day shred is great! You are supposed to do it every day for 30 days, but I do it about 3-4 times a week, and I am already seeing a nice size difference, though not so much on the scale.
All 3 levels are on my DVD, where you can choose which one you want. I do, however, recommend that even though you may already be working out, you should stick with Level 1, even though it look ridiculously easy. It’s tougher than you might think, the burn is intense! My fav DVD by far!
Good luck and happy journey!0 -
Hi there,
Yes, all three levels with 30-day Shred are on one DVD. With each level there is advanced and beginner, so you could start with level 2 and work your way up to three.. Three is a killer, beginner and advanced.
Hope you have fun with it.0 -
Yes, it is one DVD with 3 workout levels. It was intended to do each level for 10 days each. I am currently doing it and am on day 9 of level 2 (19 days total). I don't take breaks but some people prefer to. It is a good workout and you will see results.
There are always new groups on MFP starting the 30DS so when you decide to start I'm sure you can find a group of people that will be starting at the same time
Good luck!0 -
