Legs and Butt! Having issues getting them to go down!

My stomach has seemed to tone up fast, but my butt and legs will just not get smaller! I've always had bigger thighs and a bit of a butt. i'm fine with that, but when I gained my weight that's where it all went... Just curios if any ladies are having the same problems or have had the same problem and have found a way to fix it!?

    im totally in the same boat love!!! I've gone from a size 12 to a 7 by running but I still don't like my legs and *kitten*, too much jiggle! lol
  • Yea. Running has really helped my core, but i have to wonder if my thighs and butt will ever get smaller! Even when I was my Smallest my waist was a size 4 or smaller, but I always have had to be in a size 6! And now my waist is pry a size 6, but I have to wear a 6 or an 8. More like an 8 some 6's fit me depending on where I go! It's so frustrating. And it's so hard to find shorts as well. I have to buy a size 9 because of my butt and hips and thighs! But My waist is a lot smaller than that! It's a very frustrating cycle!

    I have lost many inches in my hips and legs by doing lunges, squats and dead lifts. I find that they are really all that help me.
