I'm super in love with these Flat Out Flat Bread's! (http://www.flatoutbread.com/) Found at walmart. I've found a billion uses for them so far!
Lastnight a GREAT creation!
1 Flat out (90 Calories)
Pride of the Farm Italian Turkey (A bit of a "bite" to it but I LOVED it for that reason) (145 Calories for 2 oz)
Olive Oil (30 Calories TOPS for as little as you need)
Garlic (MAYBE 5 calories)
Kalmata Olives (17 calories for 2 - chopped really fine, that's all you need)
Mozarella Cheese (70 calories for 8 oz - about all you need of the fresh stuff!)
Approx 357 calories - about 10 grams of fiber - I was STUFFED!
I rubbed a little (just a dab, really) olive oil on both sides, then spread some squeeze garlic (squeezable from a bottle - found @ Target - LOVE it) on one side. I threw this (on my pampered chef stone) in the oven (could put right on rack) for about 5 minutes, until it started to get crisp. Took it out and put on ground, crumbled, italian turkey, kalmata olives, and chopped some fresh mozarella on it. Back in the oven for about 5 minutes. The cheese was melted, the crust super crispy, and super awesome flavor and SO filling!

I use the Flat Out wraps all the time! They're so good! Another amazing discovery I've had is Joseph's Lavash. It's also at Walmart and it's nearly twice the size of the Flat Outs and it's 100 calories for the whole thing!0

I love using Flatout breads for pizza crusts! Cheese and veggies, or buffalo chicken with a little feta, anyone have any other good ideas?0
