Feeling Guilty! :(

As I far as I remeber, I have never been smaller that an XL. I now fit into Small and Medium clothes. But I feel very bad and I can even say GUILTY when I shop with my sisters. They both go to the XL section as I leave to the smaller sized racks!
I feel so happy when I shop for small clothes now. But only when I shop alone. I miss that bonding time with them!!! Does anyone have this issue or something similar to it?

It was the same with my friends for a while- I could finally shop in the smaller petite section and they couldn't... It sucks for a while but it will pass I promise!!0

I used to be all alone in the XL's and XXL's when I shopped
But not anymore )) Shopping was one of my biggest motivators for losing weight!
It did feel lonely branching off and going to the bigger girl sizes... but you shouldn't feel guilty! You made a positive, amazing change and are doing better for yourself.
Maybe you sisters will look to you for inspiration?

I have that problem w/a friend of mine. After my kids her and I are the same size but now that I've lost the weight and before I had kids I was buying 6's and she's buying 12's. She complains she cant find anything good but I'm having tons of luck and fun. So I usually wind up shopping alone.0

Who says you have to buy clothes when you go shopping together? Either shop for other stuff, or you can help them shop for clothes, and wait to buy yours later. I also have this problem now, as I have lost enough weight that I shop in the "normal" sizes, but my mom shops in the plus sizes. I also felt guilty shopping with her, so now I just help her buy clothes, and save my clothes buying for another shopping trip:)0

Don't feel guilty, you worked hard for your results. Shopping together is the bond, not the sizes you are shopping for. Keep it up and be their motivation to get healthy.0

Thanks Ladies! Glad to know that I'm not alone here.
This is an awesome idea!Who says you have to buy clothes when you go shopping together? Either shop for other stuff, or you can help them shop for clothes, and wait to buy yours later.
