Work out routine 5? - Back at it!!

I had to take 3 weeks off from exercise do to medical reasons. Yesterday was my first day back at it. First day at the gym went a lot better than I thought it was going to. Cardio was great; I was suprised at my endurance even after 3 weeks!! The circuits/strength training was what I expected. Though I was a bit upset all my hard work payed off because I am not that farbehind! Give me a week and I will be gravy!!
Before my break I started posting my workouts. So I am at it

10 mins - Stretch
15 mins - Stairs
15 mins - Elliptical (m/s)
Circuit - No time frame:
1. Open squat to the sky w/ medicine ball - 12, 10, 10
2. Dive bombers - 7 1/2, 5, 5
3. Mountain Climbers - 40, 45, 49
4. Back lunge kick - 8, 8, 7
5. Dynamic push up hops - 6, 6, 4
6. Row squat w/ shoulder press clean up with 10lbs dumbells - 8, 4, 4
7. Reverse push up - 6, 6, 7
8. Side lunge with front lift - 10, 8, x
9. Jump rope - 49 skips, 49, 50
10 mins abs with my iphone app
Time: 113 mins
Calories lost: 834
My numbers would have been higher but I am proud for what I got through. Any questions on the circuit let me know
