Go ahead and laugh! I don't care. I have totally found the best way to sooth my sore and tired muscles, especially my calves! I lay in the floor and give my 3 1/2 year old the rolling pin and let him go to town! He gets a kick out of it and my sore muscles get a massage.
What do you do for sore muscle relief?

I bought a foam roller that does a great job.
It's pretty big and I can use it without anyone having to help me. Haha!

Hmm.... good idea, my 2yr could do that for me. Not sure I trust my 5yr old son w/a rolling pin though, it might turn into a weapon on his lil bro.0
