Hi, my name is Emily. I am trying to use myfitnesspal especially for logging stuff like what I eat and when I exercise. I feel like I start off great and then fall of the cart and stay off for a bit. I know with two young children I want to get my life in order, but it's hard at times. I am a teacher and I have two young children 8 months and 3years old. They keep you on your toes. My starting weight this time is 230. I am down to 220 so far, but every day is a struggle for me. I hope this helps because I really feel like one thing I struggle with is saying no to things. In almost every part of my life but especially when it comes to indulging in the sugary and chocolaty and salty things of life. So I guess all this to say, I am going to try this out for a bit, and try to stay with this. I am excited about meeting new people who are going through the same journey. I watched the finale last night of the Biggest Looser and I loved seeing Hannah and Olivia. I think they both look amazing! They are such an inspiration and if they can do it we can too! Thanks.

    Hello =) I just joined yesterday and am excited to lose weight. I have never counted calories like this before but so far (my breakfast) was pretty easy. This site does it all for you all we gotta do it keep track of what we eat. Good luck and welcome.

    Welcome! I have never bothered with counting calories before, but I must say this site has taught me a lot about how and what I am eating!
