So, my trainer and I had a serious talk ... I feel like everytime we have one of these talks she is telling me my goal weight needed to be higher. It was 135, then she said maybe 140, now she is saying 145... I have no idea what to do. I really think that I coul loose to get down to 135. I just don't know why this is happening.

Have you asked her WHY she's raising your goal weight? or is it perhaps, that she's setting mini-goals for you, since you're getting close to goal?

I wouldn't worry about the number so much, it's how you look at the weight. If you're a muscley 145 you probably will look much better than 135 not as muscley. It depends on how you look.... don't worry about the number so much!

Can PT measure body fat? What frame are you (small, medium, large)? What does PT base her opinion on? Being that close to GW maybe you need to adjust the number on the scale. You are pretty tall, if you work out you weigh more than a thin tall woman who doesn't work out. To me your CW appears fine to me, but it depends really on the percent of body fat. If GW is set too low you're wasting away muscle mass for which you have been working so hard every day.
