I just had a really nice conversation with Cathe! She happened to be at the nail salon that I was at this afternoon getting her nails done. I used to belong to her gym and took classes from her, so we were talking about old times at her gym. We had a great conversation about working out and she was telling me about the 10 new DVD's that she is putting out. She is such a nice, down to earth girl! I felt like I was talking to a celebrity, but she was really like the girl next door. I love that she owns the gym in my town.
