I had a great first couple weeks here on mfp and lost seven pounds! This past week has been BAD. My baby has been having some serious health issues and is feeling bad and always wanting me. I have been eating terrible "quick" foods. Uck. I had a pop tart for breakfast. I have gained back two pounds and I feel lost. I need some motivation and support something awful. Anyone have any excersices I could do while holding him? Please help me!

I'm sorry your baby is sick right now and hope it's treatable.
I don't know about any exercises that you can do while holding him, but maybe you can keep healthier quick foods on hand that won't impede your weight loss? I've heard of people who have lost weight through diet alone.0
